It's a manga type picture of a cat girl. She has one hand up to the left of her face with something in her hand, the other hand, her left hand, is behind he back. She's wearing a dress with a few tiger stripes on it, and she has cat ears. Her legs are crossed and she has a cat tail. One ear, the right is pointing to the right while the left ear is at a 45 degree angle to the left. It might say somewhere on the picture or something, "HEH HEH, the cat knows where you sleep..."
