Dream that I had last night, but feels significant... know anything?

So I had a dream last night (Which me remembering it in itself was a shocker.), it didn't consist of much, but it was on my mind all day today, and still has been creeping into my thoughts.

Start dream:

I am sitting on a bench, which seems to be in a park. There is a female standing to my left, she has dark hair... (just giving details I remember, she didn't look familiar) There is a bright orange or yellow colored building or tent to my right and about 10 feet in front of me. As I am sitting on the bench, a familiar face (just a face that looked familiar) came up to me.

She was white, dirty-blonde hair that was up, blue-ish eyes, and her face had paint on it. The paint was bright colors, and they seemed to suit her well.. she seemed.. "bright" (not in the smart way, she didnt seem dumb either, she was just bright.)

Colors in dreams represent energy, emotions, and vibes. First consider what that single color in your dream means to you and your own personal associations and relationship with that color.

Orange denotes friendliness, courtesy, lively, sociability, and an out-going nature. You may want to expand your horizons and look into new interests.

The color yellow has both positive and negative connotations. If the dream is a pleasant one, then the color yellow is symbolic of intellect, energy, agility, happiness, harmony, and wisdom. On the other hand, if the dream is an unpleasant one, then the color represents cowardice and sickness. You may have a fear or an inability to make a decision or take action. As a result, you are experiencing many setbacks.
Reply:Dreams can have different psychological meanings, but since there was colour in your dreams, it usually represents happiness.
Reply:Hi, IM.

The dream has strong masculine/feminine qualities. The right is masculine (rationalism, assertiveness, the ability to sever one thing from another), and on that side is a yellow/orange building/tent -- colors related to the sun, which is a symbol of Father, consciousness, et al. The left is the feminine, and there in the dream on your left is a woman, thought not obviously Mother.

The importance of the masculine/femine, right/left (IMHO) is that the key figure and you are right between them. When you look to the right at the building, you lost sight of the woman to your left, and vice versa. So, to me, this is finding balance between the two (though the dark-haired woman seems closer to you).

The bright woman is possibly a woman you know or will meet, but I think it is more likely that after a period of recovery, you have come to an awareness and connection to that part of yourself the woman personifies.

Many people will say the woman is a guide -- an external entity/consciousness. Personally, I don't subscribe to that, solely because I don't feel the person in the dream is external consciousness. But I do agree a person appearing this way points to a renewed connection which will compel the dreamer in new direction, with a new perspective. It's like finding yourself again, or remembering who you are.

Reply:When we are young, the traumatic experiences we have cause a part of our self to be "split off". One side is well-developed, but the other part is neglected and we lose contact with it. The woman in your dream represents that other part of your self. The fact that she kisses you is a positive sign. It means you are in the process of reconnecting with that part of your self, which leads to "wholeness". Maybe the verse was "Thy faith has made thee whole again."
